Dr. Annie McNeill
Meet Annie
Annie is a mom of a toddler and a dog named Moose. She grew up in Michigan and now calls Los Angeles home. Despite living on the west coast and enjoying the warm weather, Annie will forever identify as a midwesterner.
She was born a big feeler and has very early memories of feeling anxious and not knowing the words for it or what to do about it. Luckily, Annie now understands the ins and outs of anxiety and it finally has a name - the Worry Wart. You can learn more about the Worry Wart, including what she looks like, in The Playbook.
